Exactly what to grab at the store — whole units, no guessing at "half an onion."
- 1.5 lb ground beef
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb broccoli
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 head garlic
- Ginger
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- Cornstarch
- Sesame oil
- Steamed edamame, side
How to Make It
- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet, breaking it up, 6–7 minutes; drain excess fat.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute, then add broccoli and a splash of water; cover and steam 3–4 minutes.
- Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil; pour over the skillet and toss until glossy.
- Toss in noodles to coat; serve with edamame on the side.
No-Time-For-That Tip: Whisk the cornstarch into the sauce before it hits the hot pan — added dry, it clumps instead of thickening evenly.
