Exactly what to grab at the store — whole units, no guessing at "half an onion."
- 2.5 lb shrimp, shell-on
- 14 oz smoked sausage
- 4 potatoes, halved
- 4 ears corn, halved
- Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 lemon
How to Make It
- Boil potatoes in heavily seasoned water (Old Bay + salt) for 10 minutes.
- Add corn and sausage, boil 5 more minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook 3–4 minutes until pink; drain everything together.
- Dump onto a lined table or platter.
- Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges for squeezing.
No-Time-For-That Tip: Add the shrimp last and pull them the moment they turn pink — overcooked shrimp turn rubbery fast.
